DAY 1: Search for Vacant Office Spaces

Our team will meet up at school by 8:30 AM, and I was late. We just started gathering information on how to get into Salcedo village, we got information from our classmate but it’s still not clear. We arrived at the office around 10 o’clock and we just prepare our things that we need while wandering, then we off to look for the village. Right in front of PBCom Tower when my phone rang and it was Abigael, she told us to return to office, and so we did, we went to 21st floor and there was an additional task for us, we have to take a picture of a unit, they provided the camera then we went to the building, we just decided to do the additional task first.
We arrived at the building and talked to the guard, I just talked to him nicely but he’s so arrogant and so annoying, he gave us the contact number of the admin of the building and told us to make an appointment. I don’t want to keep the conversation that way so we just decided to leave. We just decided to look for office spaces, we wander around Salcedo village until it was 12:00 PM we returned to office to have our lunch, we just learned that the other team already had their lunch at the office, that made us think that the other team may already found tons of vacant office spaces because they started looking for office spaces and had their lunch earlier than we did. After having lunch, we just tried to call the admin office of the building that we have to take a picture of a unit, but the line was busy. We became so impatient and just continued looking for office space, we also return to the building where we need to take picture. We told the guard that we’re going 9th floor then he pointed the elevator so we go upstairs and went on the unit, the lady shown us each room, I took my very first picture of the unit then the camera displayed “Memory Full”. We just return to office while we’re on our way to office we just asked each building’s availability of office spaces. Just when we’re waiting for the elevator we found the other team we asked the number of their listing and Mark told us “3... Thousand” and followed by a laugh. Eek, what does that mean? Are they trying to cloak their real score? Therefore, it turns out to be a blind competition where we can’t see how our opponent doing. We told Abigael that the memory of the camera is already full; they deleted all the photos in the camera even the one that I captured. After that we continued looking for vacant office space and return to the building to take pictures. We continued looking for office spaces and just continue walking even though we’re not familiar of the place anymore. We stopped looking for office spaces at around 5PM. We return to office and we’re so exhausted. The experience is priceless, we’re exposed into different style of hospitality; we don’t like arrogant people as well as those super hospitable staff. They actually think that we’re brokers and we just don’t like to be treated as brokers cause we’re not so we just keep on telling them that we’re not.
